To make this style functional for the slopes we have added a zipper down the side and at the collar so that you can easily get the Dylaniek JR on and off. The jacket is quilted and this is an excellent technique for adding warmth. The stitching traps air and this provides insulation. To make long glorious days on the slopes, you need to stay warm and dry. This awesome anorak has 10K water resistance and 10g breathability. This basically means that while no water is getting in from the outside, moisture that builds up on the inside of the jacket is allowed to escape through the fabric. Along the bottom hem, there is a drawstring that you can bring in to stop the cold air getting inside your jacket.
